Our goal is to develop the skills and capabilities of our associates in order to grow our business. The engagement and development of our Experienced associates are critical as we seek to deliver on our mission and vision. White Cap provides the necessary tools and support to develop the talent of our associates. We encourage all associates to prioritize development and career advancement, no matter their background or education level.

Community Engagement

White Cap not only builds trust with our associates and customers, but we also focus on establishing and creating trust within our communities through Service. At White Cap, our associates lead and participate in various charitable activities, including volunteering and fundraising within our communities.

White Cap and its associates donated $450,000 to charities in 2021, including $281,000 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

White Cap focuses on providing a safe work environment and ensuring all individuals are prepared to perform all necessary tasks. The health and safety of our associates are our highest priority. We strive to reduce health and safety risks by continuously improving our EHS management system.
